Our house is located in central Southsea just off Elm Grove. We have owned the property for 21 years. It is a beautiful Victorian semi-detached house built in 1862. Our daughters have grown up and left home leaving spare bedrooms. We both work, as a teacher and, a chef and Pilates instructor. The House is 2 minutes walk from the junction of Elm Grove and Albert Road and 10 mintes to the main University Campus and the Ravelin Sports Centre. 2 bedrooms are double sized with either a double or single day bed style and 1 attic room is a single with a day bed. There is as shared bathroom and WCs located on each floor. There is a large shared kitchen and dining space and 2 shared lounges with TVs, 1 for family and 1 for guests. All the bedrooms have access to Wifi. There is also a small courtyard garden. Accomodation can be catered or semi catered to suit your individual needs.
